1. Service purpose and acceptance
The app provides percentage, VAT, interest, pricing, and discount calculations, together with local history and display preferences. The website demo provides a percentage and VAT calculator that runs in the browser. The service does not offer an account managed by the operator.
The service is operated by Alex Omanski, an individual independent developer. Alex Omanski owns the rights in the original code he developed for the app and site. Third-party components and other content or assets remain subject to their applicable licenses and rights. By using the app or site, you agree to these terms, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
The app is intended for an adult audience aged 18 and over and is not directed to children.
2. Accuracy and result verification
Important: Results depend on the values, rate, term, and calculation mode entered. Tax and interest rates vary by country and are not updated automatically by the app.
A currency choice affects the symbol and formatting only. The app is not a currency-conversion service, does not download exchange rates, and does not verify that a currency or rate is appropriate for a transaction.
The app is an independent calculation aid and is not affiliated with the Israel Tax Authority, the Israeli Ministry of Finance, or any other government body. It is not a substitute for tax, accounting, legal, banking, or financial advice.
Do not rely on a result alone for a filing, payment, quotation, contract, or financial decision. Verify the values, formula, tax rates, loan terms, and result with an official source or qualified professional.
3. Platforms, stores, and external services
The iPhone version is distributed through the App Store and the Android version through Google Play. Availability, compatibility, downloads, and updates depend on your device, country, account, and the relevant store terms. The app may be offered internationally in English or Hebrew; store availability does not mean results or defaults are adapted to local law.
The app uses Apple, Google, Firebase, and EmailJS services, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider terms and policies. An external link is not an endorsement of its content or a promise that it will remain available.
4. Advertising, privacy choices, and purchase
The app may display ads through Google Mobile Ads. When UMP presents privacy choices, review them and select your preference. On iOS, an App Tracking Transparency request may also appear before ads are initialized. Denial does not block features, and ads can continue without the IDFA. Changing a choice can affect ad serving and Analytics as described in the Privacy Notice.
The iPhone version offers a one-time App Store purchase to remove ads and can restore a previous purchase. Availability, price, taxes, billing, and refund terms are those displayed by the App Store at the time, and Apple handles payment and refunds. Uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel a store entitlement.
The Android version currently has no remove-ads purchase or restore flow.
5. Data and privacy
Calculation history and preferences are stored on the device and may be included in operating-system backups depending on the platform and settings. The app also includes advertising, consent, Analytics, and support-contact services. See the Privacy Notice for information about data, providers, backups, and deletion choices.
Avoid entering personal or financial information that is not needed. Calculation history is a convenience feature, not an accounting record system or business backup.
6. Acceptable use
You may use the service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Do not disrupt the service, bypass security or consent controls, overload the site or provider services, submit abusive or unlawful content through support, or use the service in a way that infringes the rights of others.
7. Availability, changes, and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available and functioning, but the service, its features, ads, or external services may change, be temporarily unavailable, or contain errors. No feature is promised to be available on every device, in every country, or in every version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for how you use the service and its results, and the operator is not liable for a decision, payment, filing, or loss caused by relying on a result that was not verified. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
These terms may change when the app, site, law, or integrated services change. The updated text and date will be published here. Continued use after an update remains subject to applicable law.
