1. Purpose of the service
The app and browser demo provide percentage, VAT, and interest calculations. The app also lets you choose a custom rate and store calculation history on the device.
The service is operated by Alex Omanski. Your use is subject to these terms and the law that applies in your location.
2. Accuracy and result verification
Important: Results depend on the values, rate, and term entered. Tax rates vary by country and are not updated automatically by the app.
The app is an independent calculation aid and is not affiliated with the Israel Tax Authority, the Israeli Ministry of Finance, or any other government body. It is not a substitute for tax, accounting, legal, banking, or financial advice.
Do not rely on a result alone for a filing, payment, contract, or financial decision. Verify results, tax rates, and loan terms with an official source or qualified professional.
3. Platforms and app stores
The iPhone version is distributed through the App Store and the Android version through Google Play. Availability, compatibility, downloads, and updates depend on your device, country, account, and the relevant store terms.
Links to stores and external services are provided for convenience. Use of those services is subject to the provider's terms and policies.
4. Advertising and purchase
The app may display ads. In the iPhone version, when shown, a one-time App Store purchase can remove ads and a previous purchase can be restored. Availability, price, and transaction terms are those displayed by the store at the time, and Apple handles payment and refunds.
The Android version currently has no remove-ads purchase or restore flow.
5. Data and privacy
Calculation history and some preferences are stored on the device. The app also includes advertising, consent, analytics, and support-contact services. See the Privacy Notice for the implemented behavior and deletion choices.
6. Availability and limitation of liability
We work to keep the service available and functioning, but it may change, be temporarily unavailable, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you are responsible for how you use the service and its results.
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
7. Changes and contact
These terms may change when the app, site, or integrated services change. The updated text and date will be published here.
